Error when Subscribing using my phone number

Error when Subscribing using my phone number

I got the student discount a month ago and i tried today to pay using my phone number but at first it sent me an error that says that my account isn't active then when i tried again it sent another error and to try again later without transferring me yo the pin page first.

so what do i do?

Are you currently able to log into your account?

If yes, what happens when you click on this link?
Once your discount is verified by SheerID, you should get a confirmation email and you'll be able to type in your payment details again.

In case the issue persists, let us know and we'll take another look 🙂
