Error when upgrading to Duo

Hello. I am currently on Premium Individual and I'd like to upgrade to Premium Duo, but when I click on the Select button for that plan from this page:
https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/change/
I get this error:

error
Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method.
------------------------------------------------
Any ideas? Is that because I am currently on the first-two-months trial?
Any hep is appreciated.
