Spotify makes me a charge and i do not have the service

Hey @Víctorwe, welcome to the community!


You can log in here, and head to Subscription to confirm if the payment went through and the account is Premium.


If it shows as Premium, make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts by following these steps.


In case you don't see a Premium subscription by logging in through the link above, the payment might just be pending and should go back to your bank account automatically.
