Hi,

 

So I've just switched from an iPhone to Samsung. I'm being told my payment has failed and it's prompting me to upgrade to the Family package. It's just me using the account and the iPhone was reset.

 

Any suggestions would be great.

In this case, let's make sure you're following these steps to update your payment details.

 

If you're still being asked to join the Premium for Family plan, instead of the regular subscription, it'd be best to cancel and resubscribe from scratch. Don't worry, you won't lose any of your playlists or songs if you cancel.
