I trued subscribing for the first time in the student plan and it said the payment failed but it was actually taken from my account then i tried again and the same happened so i subscribed and payed twice but its not working

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

First up, we'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for the subscription. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end. You can also check this with you bank/card provider. 

 

If that's the case, we suggest that you give another payment method a go to see if it does the trick.
