It keeps saying its a duplicate account when she tries to login, I will cancel my acct and go to pandora, because this is BS. Its a new account, just using the same account.

Thanks for reaching out. Accounts of different people are always separate and independent from one another and the same email address cannot be used for two different accounts. It's not exactly clear from your explanation what exactly is happening here, so could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you see? That will help us investigate this and assist you further.
