My Question or Issue

I had a Premium Individual account and signed up for Duo. Now I am being charged for both. I am the plan manager on the DUO and I sent the link to my daughter. How do I delete the Individual account without loosing anything? Am I automatically signed up on the Duo? My account only shows Individual and my daughters shows Duo.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you have 2 Premium accounts, one with Premium Duo and another one with Premium individual. You can check this by following the steps here. If you can find your other account, you can cancel the individual subscription and then transfer your content to your Duo account. Afterwards, you'll be able to close the individual account to avoid any future mix-ups. 

 

However, if you can't find the other account, we suggest that you reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist you with this.

I changed my duo plan to an individual plan, and got charged the same day, but this month I had already paid for the duo plan.
