Hallo, 

ich habe eine Probeabo gehabt und hier zu Weihnachten eine Geschenkgutschein für 12 Monate eingeben. 

 

Da Spotify uns sehr gut gefällt, möchten unsere Kids auch einen Account haben. Leider kann ich mein Abo nicht auf Family umstellen. Folgender Hinweis kommt:

 

Du bist für dieses Abo leider nicht berechtigt. Hier sind weitere Möglichkeiten, Ihnen Spotify Premium zu holen.

 

Wer kann mir helfen?

Thanks for reaching out. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the official language in the Spotify Community.

 

First, I'd recommend you try cancelling your current Premium subscription following these steps. Once your current plan has been cancelled, try purchasing Premium for Family here.

If I activate Family Premium and invite the otther members what happens to the potential Premium Abos of the other family members? Do they get some money back?

Thanks for the question! 🙂

You can only invite free accounts to a Family or a Duo subscription, so anyone with an ongoing subscription will have to first cancel it and wait out until the Premium time expires.
This can be done by following the steps mentioned above by @Jose_M.

Tip: Keep in mind that only one change per year is possible between Family and/ or Duo plans.
If any of your future Family plan members are currently a part of a different Family or Duo subscription, they will be able to enter your discounted plan but will not be able to go back to the previous one for the span of 12 months.
