Familly Account question

I would like to take a familly account for me, my wife and i would to invite the goddaughter of my wife.

she had 8 years old and i would like to take this for her birthday.

It will be ok?

Welcome to the Community! 

As stated in Spotify's Terms and Conditions of Use,  in order to use the Spotify Service and access any Content, she needs to be 18 years or older, or be 13 years or older and have her parent or guardian’s consent to the Agreements.
