Family Plan Payment Brazil

Family Plan Payment Brazil

 

Hello,

 

I´m form Brazil and I just signed up for the family plan and added some family members. Just made the payment with my credit card (September 20), which was charged in full for the first month, however the next payment is showing as October 8. Please let me know how to fix that, as I want to be charged every 20th of the month. Thanks.

Did you have Premium before upgrading to Premium for Family?

Yes, I was a Premium user before upgrading to Family account.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

Upgrading from Premium to Premium for Family converts your remaining Premium time into Premium for Family time and that's what brought your payment date forward.

This is not fair. My acount was blocked before that due to non payment. Instead of making a payment for a single acoount just upgraded to a family plan. The right thing to do is Sportify charge my card every 30 days

You're being charged on the same date every month (8 October). The reason you are being charged on the 20th is because of the non-payment issue that you were talking about in your last post.
