Family Plan, Payment expired

Had a family plan and my credit card was lost and needed to be replaced.  I forgot to update soptify and it canceled my membership.  I renewed and all of my family members did NOT rollover and are somehow linked to the old account.


I sent new invites and the member cannot join because they are already linked.  I need them unlinked so i can re-add them.


I was not given an option to update the payment once the account was downgraded from premium.  I had to create a new account.
