My Question or Issue

Why does the family plan don't allow family members that does not live in the specified address? 

For example, User 1 lives in area A, while User 2 lives in area B but sometimes visits area A. We are in the same region though (NCR, Philippines)

The Premium Family plan was initially created to allow family members living in the same country and who resign under the same household to enjoy a discounted subscription.
