My Question or Issue

We have a family premium account and 4 users. How can we listen to different music at the same time?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

The Premium Family plan allows each person to play music at the same time on different devices without interrupting each other, as they each have separate Spotify accounts. Bear in mind that for the Premium Family plan to work as expected, each member needs to be logged in to their own account.

 

If you're experiencing issues with being able to play different music at the same time, I would first suggest checking which Spotify accounts you’re each logged in to, in order to ensure that you’re logging into the right ones; you can each verify your Spotify account details by visiting your account page.
