My Question or Issue

Hi!I'm having a problem. I'm trying to pay my 149 plan via smart with 200 worth of load, but after i enter the pin, its just keep on error(see below photo). And receive a text message that my sim is already under subscription(second photo), but zero credit, how can't I subscribe the plan if my sim is already under subscription? Can i revoke my sim subscription and start again?

Please help! Thanks!

Hello. I am a regular Smart carrier payer in Spotify, but recently, I am having trouble in paying through Smart. I have no existing pin, but it always says the "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team." message.

Thank you for your post in this thread. We're sorry to see that you're having issue with this.

 

We can confirm that you're not the only one with this issue at the moment and it's been reported to the right team that's looking into this.

 

In the meantime, can you try the following:

  • log out and back in
  • try using an incognito window
  • try with a different device
  • a different internet connection
  • try different payment method, if available
