Subscription using Smart carrier error

My Question or Issue
Hi!I'm having a problem. I'm trying to pay my 149 plan via smart with 200 worth of load, but after i enter the pin, its just keep on error(see below photo). And receive a text message that my sim is already under subscription(second photo), but zero credit, how can't I subscribe the plan if my sim is already under subscription? Can i revoke my sim subscription and start again?
Please help! Thanks!
