Spotify Duo Not Working for My Partner & I

Spotify Duo Not Working for My Partner & I

I'm sitting here with my husband and I sent him the link to our Spotify Duo plan. As he adds in our home address, the system says we're 'not in the same country' and to 'try again when we're in the same country. We're at our kitchen table having breakfast... in the same country... sitting directly across from eachother. I don't know what's going on, but it's strange and a bit annoying. Why pay for duo when my husband, who, again, is sitting directly across me eating breakfast, can't join. I have no idea how to fix this and even more, I can't contact spotify directly. 

If anyone has any suggestions, it will be greatly appreciated.

I recommend making sure that both accounts have set the same country setting. More info on how to change it can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/ 🙂
