Family account mistake

Hi! one of my family members was asked to confirm the postal code, accidentally we misspell it and it worked for seven days. 

After that, she was removed from the Premium Family plan and she hasn´t been able to re-sign in. How can I add her again or any other solution for this?

Hello @alvaraya97 and welcome to the community !

 

I am sorry but you probably have to cancel the whole premium plan and start new one again, to add kicked member to it.
