It doesn't work... My son received the email with code, go to web page were it asks for address... In my profile the are no fields for street, number, zip code which are the fields the confirmation wabpage is asking for confirmation
Please help, I've been trying to add him back for about a month
I have the same problem. I have tried to sonfirm location for my family members and I am really getting fed up. it just does work: it does not work if you try the autmotaic location , it does not work if you type the address. I have made sure it is exactly the same address and it still does not work. I need help or I quit.

My daughter is having the same issue... she provided our home address and say it did not match and excluded her from my Family Plan... can anybody help please?
