Family location not confirmed

Hello everyone

I got a family plan with my other 5 family members. It was all working until last week. Where i recived a mail that the location of my other members is not confirmed. So now spotify taked them out. And now i cannot add them again. It says it can not confirm location so it does not add them. What should i do?

Eu estou na mesma situação, faço parte de um plano familiar e quando recebo o convite, uma mensagem diz que não pode confirmar a localização, mas o endereço está correto. Já recebi convite por e-mail e por link e não consigo entrar no plano.

Eu também.. tentei 1000 vezes já.

Each of your family member will receive an e-mail for the confirmation of the address that you used. It must be the same as the owner of the family account. Then after they confirmed try again to add them back.

I paid for spotify for my son ... money has gone from my account but he hasn't received confirmation.. what to I do ? 

Estou encontrando o mesmo problema. Fui removido da conta Familiar da minha sogra - com quem moro - e ao receber novo convite, o Spotify acusa não conseguir confirmar meu endereço, conforme tela em anexo.

It doesn't work... My son received the email with code, go to web page were it asks for address... In my profile the are no fields for street, number, zip code which are the fields the confirmation wabpage is asking for confirmation

Please help, I've been trying to add him back for about a month

Best thing to do is to reach them out via Twitter and ask for help. They are veeery diligent and keen on helping. I got my issue solved in the same day.

I have the same problem. I have tried to sonfirm location for my family members and I am really getting fed up. it just does work: it does not work if you try the autmotaic location , it does not work if you type the address. I have made sure it is exactly the same address and it still does not work. I need help or I quit.

My daughter is having the same issue... she provided our home address and say it did not match and excluded her from my Family Plan... can anybody help please?

If your daughter is unable to join even after providing the correct address then it's best to reach out to Customer Support. They can take a look behind the scenes and assist you further. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
