My Question or Issue

Hello! I have an issue. Recently my sisters and I have decided to switch from our individual Premium plans on Spotify to a shared Family plan. One of my sister's did the main subscription and the rest of us joined it via the link. It seemed that my plan has switched to the Family plan successfully, but today Spotify charged me for my previous Premium plan its usual fee. Not sure why that happened as my sisters and I seem to have done everything as was described in the according instructions.

Please help me solve this issue, that would be really great.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

First of all, I recommend you double-check your account overview page to ensure you're on the Family plan your sister set up.

I also recommend you take a look at your order history to check when exactly this charge was made and compare it to the date you joined the Family plan.
