Paid for a full year subscription now my account has been put on the free usage, I want to know why

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account to complete the payment by mistake. If the payment was successfully completed in your bank account, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps mentioned in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. So we'd also recommend checking this article to find the other account.

 

If you find the Premium account, but it's not the one you regularly use, we'd recommend transferring all your music from the free account to the Premium one to fully enjoy your subscription by following the steps mentioned in this article.
