Family plan not working

Family plan not working

I had a family premium account, and for months none of the members have had premium and im still getting charged for it. 

Please help, because if Spotify is not going to work for us anymore, at least tell me how to cancel the charges because im being robbed.

Sorry to hear this. Can you make sure that all of the members on your plan, are actually on your account? You can also resend the invite to see if that changes anything.
