Family premium

My family can not join the my Family premium account. I have family premium but only one person can join. when i send the join link, they write to same address but they can't join. appearing the warning that "not the same address please check". what should we do?

Spotify is aware of this issue and you can see the current status of it here.

 

I'd recommend following the steps posted in the latest update and, if the issue persists, to leave a +VOTE and subscribe.
