Hey @Ross201 ,

Yes, that's correct.

Upgrading to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family will convert your remaining Premium time into Premium Family time. This can bring your payment date forward.

You'll need a credit card (or any of the other available payment methods that are listed on the payment page) to successfully upgrade to Premium for Family.

Hey @Ross201 ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

In this case, it's best to check out Spotify's Refund Policy: https://support.spotify.com/article/refund-policy/.

You'll find all the info you need there. 🙂

Hi Maxim,
Thanks for the reply.
I did check out the refund policy and I don't see why I shouldn't be able to get one, and in the email, it says I have 14 days to withdraw from the plan and get a refund. The problem is I can't find a way to do this as there's no way to "cancel" the subscription like one would with a monthly plan.

Hey @Ross201 ,

If you're still interested in getting Premium Family, I'd recommend that you go here and upgrade to Premium Family.  The billing date will be brought forward because of the price difference between individual Premium and Premium Family.

Alternatively, you can try opening the cancellation page in an incognito window on your PC. You can then give these steps a go and cancel the subscription. On your account overview page, you can see how much Premium time is left.

If you experience any issues while trying to cancel, you can send me a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Thanks 🙂

Hi @Maxim

Thanks for the reply.

How does upgrading work exactly, because it's from a yearly pre-paid option to a monthly subscription, do I just follow the link, buy the family subscription and it'll automatically deduct the amount I paid for the yearly premium?

Sorry for all the questions!

This is what my acc overview/plan currently shows, even when I open and login in with an incognito tab, not sure if it will help?

Thanks again!
