My Question or Issue

My problem started on my July 2018 bill on the 15th you guys decided to charge me for Family premium , I never decided this and never authorized this either and I'm also the only one who is currently using this account. Therefor I was overcharged for 8months can you guys give me a refund for theses past few month? Thanks I will change my plan to regular .
