Family subscription issue

Hi,

 

I have a family account 1 year now.

Past week every one in my family account got a e-mail with verrification of the home adres.

 

Everyone is living in the same house and filled in the address but with 3 accounts it did not work. They got a message that they can't be added to the family subscription. I have send the invitation again and again but still it don't accept the invitation.

 

How can i fix this issue? or is there someone who can help this out.

Hey @cornevdsteen, welcome to the Community!

 

Do they have any trouble accepting the invite using an incognito window? If so, ask them to reach out to our team on Twitter with their account info.

 

They'll be able to take a closer look to see what's going on.
