I have made a new password for my premium account, because I lost it.

now i have a Free account, and my premium account is gone.

I want to pay for a new premium account, but how do I know that my old account dont exist anymore. I dont want to pay twice.

Spotify has a great FAQ page here on how to find old accounts that might be associated with Facebook or an email address.
You will need to make sure your old account has been cancelled, otherwise you will likely end up getting charged double if you start Premium on a different account.
