I upgraded my subscription to family and paid new fee several weeks ago. Still I amonly able to listen on one device at a time?

Hi there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Keep in mind that in order to share the Premium service with other people, each of the users need to have their own Spotify account. Once they have their own account, you only need to invite them to your Premium for Family plan. You'll find all the info you need to do it here.
