Fraud charged on my paypal/debit card

Somebody used my paypal and bank account to charge two payments of spotify while i was away at a meditation retreat, those charges create overdraft fees on my bank account and now i have to pay two 35 dollar overdraft fee charges plus two 10 dollar spotify payments which i did not authorize! I dont even use spotify! How do i get the spotify payments refunded to my acount?
