My Question or Issue

I have the free plan. There was a new update allowing free users to pick songs without limit. However, this isn't working on my account. Is there any reason why this could be?

I’m sorry to hear that. Yes, you should be able to enjoy a better Free experience as described in this post. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?

Did you ever solve the issue? 'Cause I have  the same problem but with the latest update: I can't choose songs nor have unlimited skips

So I have the latest version of the app but my account is as it was before the update
