My Question or Issue

I was sent a promotional email(from Spotify it wasn't spam or anything like that) for two free months of Duo on October 18th. I already had a solo premium account. So when I went to the email I accepted it(October 20th) and it showed me the normal steps of starting a premium duo, I invited the other person onto it and they joined without issue. However today (November 4th 2023), I was charged on my card for the price of a normal premium account even though when I go onto my account it says I have duo.

The offer is actually 2 months of Duo for the price of 1 Individual, so that's expected.
