Hi

I have two spotify accounts (i think I forgot I had the first and made the second). I checked both of them and they say I have a free account. However I have been charged 9.99 in June July and August and also this month. I don't think I was charged for Sept and oct. Nevertheless I do not have spotify premium so should not be being charged. 

The emails for my accounts are **********@gmail.com and ********@tcd.ie.

I would like to rectify this situation now.

I was a loyal Spotify user and am feeling very angry at this situation.
