I got a prompt for a 2 month free trail but when I signed up it said it would charge me in june.

Thanks for reaching out. Depending on where you saw this "prompt", it may have been just a general promotional message. The appearance of these isn't proof that you are eligible for the offer. Since you mentioned you already have a Duo plan, that means you're most likely not eligible for the offer as those are usually only for new users that have never used Premium on any account.
