Havia pego o plano gratuito do spotify mas esqueci de cancelar para não ser cobrado, acabei que fui cobrado sem o meu consentimento e quero cancelar o plano e um reembolso

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

I understand your concern. Please keep in mind that it is best practice to cancel your Premium subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date as the charge may have already begun processing during that time frame.

 

You can cancel your subscription by following these steps. I also understand that you would like a refund. For more information on getting a refund, check out this support article.

Eu li isso só que ainda não entendi uma coisa, como é que eu solicito reembolso? Lá só fala das políticas de reembolso e não de como pedir um reembolso
