Free trial issue

i was looking for a new musique app and go to spotify. on the website i see a free month trail. make a account click on the freetrial and got charge for it. 

try to contac any customer service and is the only one a find

Can you tell me the amount you've been charged for? Also, please make sure that you haven't used a trial before.

i have been charge 9.99 CAN and like a told you i use facebook to make a account is my 1st time with spotify
