My Question or Issue

I applied for 3 month free premium trial. Spotify verified my bank by withdrawing and crediting a nominal amount. However my account still shows I am using the free version. I have never had a free trial in the past. I have never had another account. I did not receive a confirmation email from Spotify. I am using ipad ios 10 and iphone ios 12, both devices still show I am on the free version. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
