My Question or Issue

Hola que tal? Me inscribi en Spotify y empecé los 3 meses de prueba luego de ingresar mi tarjeta. Despues me di cuenta que me habia registrado bajo un correo electrónico antiguo. Borre mi cuenta y todos mis datos y volvi a registrarme con mi correo actual. Cuando fui a buscar mi plan de prueba de 3 meses me dice que ya caduco mi oferta...

 

Claramente hay un error pues no disfrute de ningún plan, solo estuve registrado 10 minutos con mi correo antiguo. ¿Qué debo hacer?

Hope you don't mind me replying in English. To confirm, you signed up for Premium on a different account (deleted it because it was an old email), and then you created a new one under your current email and  couldn't subscribe because you've tried Premium?
