From Spotify Premium to Spotify Family -- Problem

Hey everyone! 

I have a premium account which has been renewed today. In the last days I have received an invitation to enter in a family and i clicked on the invitation and filled all the info. I have added the address common for the family, but,it says in the end I cannot proceed with the subscription. I can't undestand why. 

I am using spotify through my FB account, where I have a fake name. So I have tried so fill the data of the family subscription using both fake and real name, and in none of those cases worked. 

Any ideas? Also how can i contact spotify assistance?
