Premium doesn't work anymore

I've had the Premium Version for 6 months now but for some reason it stopped out of nowhere. When I log into my account it says that I have a free version even tho I even paid for premium this month. Everything was normal until now. What can I do? I mean I pay for it so I want it to work. I'm from Germany and I wrote an e-mail to spotify but they didn't reply yet.. Would be great if someone can help me.

Hey there!

If you could, please check to make sure you are signing in with the account that has a premium subscription. It is possible that you created two different accounts, possibly one created with a Facebook account and one created with an email address. 

You can check the status of your account by logging in to your account settings. You can do that by clicking on the link below. 

You can find your subscription type by looking at the right-hand side where it says "View Details".
