GCash payments keep failing

GCash payments keep failing

It seems that the issue of 28-9 with processing Gcash payments is not resolved yet. I have enough funds but still get an error that Spotify is unable to process the payment.

Hey folks!

 

Thank you all for reporting this, it's being looked into.

In the meantime, please make sure your GCash accounts are fully verified.
To see how you can do this, you can either take a look at this Help Center article or reach out directly to the GCash support folks.

Same thing here. My gcash is fully verified, didn't reach limit yet and has enough balance for payment but it will always say "our system is currently busy. Please try again later" It's been like this for a day now.

 

Since I can't use Gcash for this, I wanted to change to card but it's not one of the payment options even though I can save a card for "future payment", why is this a feature when I cant even use it.

Even after connecting my GCash account to Spotify, it still says that error occured-- even though I've paid through GCash, through the same account, several times already.

So 3 months ago I purchased premium Individual for 1 month and when the due date came where I have to pay another 150 pesos to continue being premium, I was unable to pay because my gcash account has no money, and so my premium Individual expired and I let it be for 2 months. Now, I want to renew it again but Spotify won't accept my payment from gcash even though it worked 3 months ago. What should I do to fix this issue?

GREETINGS. I ALREADY PAID MY BILL ON APRIL 1, 2025 IT WAS SUCCESSFIL TRANSACTION AT IT DEDUCT ON MY GCASH. AFTER FEW WEEKS IT SAYS THAT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN, AND MY LAST PAYMENT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. WHAT SHOUD I DO
