Geschenkkarte lässt sich nicht einlösen

Ich habe via Amazon einen Spotify Gutschein im Wert von 30€ erhalten, dieser lässt sich nicht einlösen. Nach der (erfolgreichen) Anmeldung erscheint beim Code eingeben das Feld " This Value should not be blank". Auch ein Browserwechsel und manuelles Eingeben des Codes (ohne Kopieren) bewirken nichts. Da der Kundenservice bei Spotify im Allgemeinen eine Zumutung darstellt, muss ich hier um Hilfe bitten.
