I was just wondering why I can not get my premium back to Spotify, because on the app, it does not even load up, and when I try to get it on the internet, I need to put in my address, and it only lets you put in an address from the USA, and I'm not from the USA. So I was thinking that maybe Spotify has some problems right now with its servers.

Just to confirm, are you currently on the free service and trying to subscribe to Premium? As we haven't seen any recent trends similar to what you're describing, it's worth trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if you notice any difference in this case.

 

Could you double-check if the same thing happens when using another device? You can also give another browser or an incognito window a try.

 

Another thing which comes to mind, as you mention seeing USA as the only option, is to make sure that the locale on the Spotify web page you're currently on is set to your region. For example, if it's currently set to the US, you can adjust it by scrolling down to the bottom of the site and selecting your current region.
