Getting Premium

Hi. 

• I'm trying to order premium on my phone and I choosecto pay with Paypal. I  enter my PayPal details and it takes me to Accept and Pay. I click Accept and Pay and it brings me back to the screen to choose whether I want to pay with card or PayPal.
• I do not receive premium
• Does anyone have a solution

I have some questions! Your answers can help me understand the source of this problem:

1. Have you already used PayPal as payment method with any other Spotify account?
2. Is there a valid credit card linked to your PayPal account?
3. Have you already tried to do the subscription process while browsing in private / incognito mode?
