Getting error "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." trying to disable auto-renewal

My Question or Issue

My premium plan is still valid until 12/13, but I'd like to disable auto-renewal.  When I attempt to do this by using the "Cancel Premium" button, I repeatedly receive the error "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again".

Sorry to hear this, but no worries - help’s here. 

 

Could you try this on another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try checking your internet connection and/or try this using another device.

It does the same in Chrome Incognito, on a mobile phone (Pixel 2), and in Firefox on desktop. 😞
