Getting premium via globe mobile (Philippines)

How can I make this work? I used to use my mobile load to pay for my premium. Now it does not work? Is there any problem? I hope someon can help me, thanks!

Right now, the option to pay by mobile isn't available if your account is eligible for a 30-day trial.

I'd suggest getting the 30-day trial using a valid payment method (e.g. credit card), and then updating the payment method to your service provider.

If your account isn't eligible for the trial, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get Premium.
