Getting the Yearly Offer

When I click to get this offer it takes me to a page where I have to put in my credit card info again even though I am already a premuim member and they have my payment info. Also the button at the bottom says "Start my Spotify Premium" which makes me think that it is setting up a new account even though i'm logged in. 

By doing this will I lose all my music from my current account?

And will I be charged immediatly even though I have already paid for December in my regular subscription?

The 12 months are added on to the end of what you've already paid for.
