Gift Card Failure in Colombia

On 25 of April in 2024 i bought a gift card in the mall Exito La Colina Wo, In the mourning hours,In the afternoon I went to enter the code on my acount,but the code doesnt enter, I mean I insert the code like 20 times, but it doestn work, what can i do?, I think that its terrible that i buy a gift card and it doesnt work.

I am sorry to hear that. Could you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?
If that doesn't help, try following all of the steps provided in this support article > Spotify gift card not working? section.
Additionally, attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing if the problem persists. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Hi @Billy-J, thanks for your answer, but sadly I kept going triyng it and it still doesn't work, yesterday I went to the place where I bought the card and they told me to contact Spotify, and another problem is that i dont know how to attacht an image there, can i send you a drive with the images?

If you're still unable to redeem your gift card after checking all the steps that @Billy-J suggested, we'd suggest reaching out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your gift card and provide further help if possible. 

In addition to that and for future occasions, you can attach an image to a Community post by using the "Insert Photos" option that you can find in the post editor. It looks like this:
