A couple days ago, i bought a spotify giftcard with a value of 30€. But when i try the code, i always get the message 'premium code not valid.' 

The code is never used before 

How can I solve this problem?

I need some help, because my spotify premium account is not available for me even though I paid it with a gift card. Normally they put it on my phone bill but I can't do that right now so I bought a 10€ gift card to solve the problem. My premium account still got cancelled though.

Hellow,

I would like to buy a giftcard. Everything works untill I have to pay.

Then I get the annoucement that payment doesn't work try again. 

But i'm shure that all my data i correct, i used the same data for a

premium account an then i works fine.
