Premium Subscription Unexpectedly stopped

I paid Php9.00 successfully and last December 20,2017 to get that premium service for Php9.00 for three months but then today, my subscription to Spotify appears on the account as Free and I could no longer play music offline. It reverted to Basic free subscription. I have logged out and logged back in as the FAQs suggested and yet, didn't work. I clicked on the ad for the 9php for three months again and it asked me for payment details again. Sad so sad. I hope you could help. Thanks in advance!
