My Question or Issue

I have Premium so that I can listen offline to music but every time I'm online my downloaded lists and songs are partly erased from my memories and I can't listen to them anymore. So I download them again but in a foreign country going on the Internet or going on your mobile data is not easy and expensive. All lost all ready a lot of that data because I had to download the lists again (3GB). 

I'm tired of doing that, I pay to listen the music so I expect I can.

Tell my what to do or fix it because it is quite a serious problem and I'm not the only one. So it is not a problem with my phone or my phone server.

I'd recommend checking out the “Downloads unexpectedly removed” section of the "Listen offline troubleshooting" support article for some more help with this.

If that article doesn't help, I'd recommend reinstalling the Spotify app by following these steps This usually helps with many ongoing issues like this.
