My Question or Issue

 

I upgraded to premium during the Google home mini promo, the house number got wiped out somehow, therefore the delivery was never made and it was returned to the sender. I talked to google support and they said the promo is over but I could get a another promo code form Spotify to replace it. Is this the case? I have screen shots of the purchase and tracking showing the failed delivery just don’t really want to post on a public forum. Would much prefer someone to get back to me.
