My Question or Issue

Recently I got locked out of my premium subscription because I spent too much time outside the country, I live between Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, CA which is one of the most transited borders and I can't manage to be changing my subscription between Mexico and USA, I really like Spotify but I won't continue my subscription because of this issue. I hope this gets solved in a near future. 
BTW my subscription is from Mexico but I cross the border very often and a lot of times I spent more than 14 days (which is the limit) in the US.
